The book club normally meets at 7.00 p.m. on the second Monday of each month from October to June at St. George’s Reformed Episcopal Church, 134 Emerson. Retired McMaster professor John Ferns leads the book club.
Oct. 15 (this is the third Monday, as Thanksgiving is on the second Monday): William Shakespeare, A Midsummer Night’s Dream (1596). The play is being performed at the Dundas Driving Park on Friday, Aug. 17, at 7.30 p.m. The Bard’s Bus Tour (Driftwood Theatre) has been calling in Dundas for the last three seasons.
