The AWWCA continues to be busy working for our community. The following is a list of recent or ongoing activities to improve community balance and the quality of life, to bring about needed legislative changes, and to share ideas and best practices with other communities with similar problems.
As you can see, many activities are being undertaken to improve the quality of life for all residents. Not all activities are included, but many thanks to all of you who are volunteering your time on community issues.
For those who would like further information on these and other initiatives on an ongoing basis, membership in the AWWCA would be the first step. Any members interested in volunteering are encouraged to make their availability and skills known to any AWWCA board member. We are at a crossroad in a number of areas, and volunteer support from members of our community would be much appreciated.
