There’s quite a bit to digest and no-one on the board has had the chance to go over this thoroughly – we are eager for your comments.
A few notes:
- there will be a public meeting, but no date has been announced
- plans are for
- nine stories plus a storey-high mechanical suite
- 154 suites in the main building
- 28 “maisonette” suites
- ground-floor commercial space
- surface level and underground parking for 108 vehicles
